    Only lost 1/2lb this week anyone suggest things to eat to lose more ?

    Hey. Im in same boat as you i only lost a lb!! a loss is still a loss but cant help but feel a tad disappointed. What about more speed foods?
    Hope your doing good. Still well done on your 1/2 though its still a loss :)

    Aw congrats on losin a pound tats brill x I am disappointed must o been pancakes yest lol
    I been eatin a superspeed soup tayt I was given but I dunno musnt b workin x

    Just keep going you will get there. I am a very slow loser as well, but you both lost! I only lost half a lb last week, this week 1.5lbs, but every little gets us nearer to target. Well done to both of you

    I only lost 1/2lb - lb every week but still managed to get to target and now trying to maintain. Don't give up, you'll get there in your own time. Everybody loses weight at different rates.
