Weight after finishing slim and save?

Hi. im planning on doing s&s for 2weeks till my packs run out.

Its my sisters birthday on 27th so ill be 100% till then.

If i quit on the friday. eat for her birthday. and drink...

If i join weight watchers on the monday will i gain that first week for sure?

Last time i quit i ate like a pig for 2 weeks and only put 5lbs on.

So if i go straight ftom s&s to ww with just one 'bad' night inbetween could i avoid a gain? Especially if i keep up the water intake?
 
You most likely will. Even going straight to WW from any VLCD usually sees a water gain

i only gained 5lbs last time. did no refeed and ate everything in sight and 2lbs came off by end of my 2 weeks off alone.

Ill just go ww on the monday and explain it to my ww leader.

well i stopped s&s sunday and have been healthy eating and joined gym, last s&s weigh in was last thursday and was 12stone.


weighed intoday and am 12stone still!

so no gain at all,

very happy :D

I can't be bothered startving myself, no. Thats why im doing in properly now, healthy eating and excercise!
 
Actually I was 12stone 1 ... so ive LOST a lb!
 
I'm not starving myself. I'm not hungry. I exercise. I stuck to the plan!

I think doing it 'properly' is doing it in a way that suits the individual. I'm glad you've found a way that suits you and wish you lots of luck however I think
It's ignorant and incredibly unhelpful to imply that those still doing slim and save are starving themselves and not losing weight the 'proper' way.
