The same thing happened to me last week. My husband and I went away to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and I ate what I wanted. I put 2lb on but I weighed in this week after having a good week and lost 3lb - the 2lb I put on and 1lb extra. If you can stay on track this week I am sure it will come straight back off! :)
