Weight I want to loose

My ideal loss would be 7 st , my wedding weight. not too hopeful but a loss of 4-5 would be more realistic, my weight for over 30 years!

Good luck with your weight loss and stay positive. Just set yourself small goals to start with ie loss 7lbs and they seem so much more achievable
