Step2 810kcal Weight lose & exercise on stage 2?

    Hi, I was just wondering what exercise you can do on stage 2 & also how much people tend to lose a month?

    I'm walking / running 5km most days on SS+. It's taking me about 45 minutes so I'm slow enough but I'm getting through it. I burn about 300 calories and I'm probably eating about 600 over the course of my day. I'm losing 2.5 to 3 lbs a week.

    I'm on step 2, have been since I started and I do a bootcamp session twice a week and run and swim twice a week. So you can exercise once you feel up to it. As for the losses it's been between 4 and 1lbs. The 1lbs have been at my totm or due to lack of water.
