Weight loss attempt #1

Hi Everyone!

This is my first time on MiniMins, and my first time being public (although anonymous) with my weight loss journey. A few years ago I was 13 stone 6lbs, and only 16 years old. I decided that change needed to happen. Since then my lowest weight has been 10st 2lbs, but post Christmas weight gain has got me to 10st 8lbs.

I got a whole new wardrobe to celebrate my weight loss, and I'm struggling to fit in them already. But for some reason I just can't find the motivation. Can anyone offer advice?

A couple of things that have worked for me is putting a picture of yourself on the fridge, taken when you felt great and were happy with your size. I also make (and write down) lots of little mini goals that I want to lose weight for, which gives me something to aim for every couple of months or so. :)

Browsing through all the weight loss diaries and inspirational photos on here is also very motivating, so give that a try too. :)
