Weight Loss Diary 2012 - Relentless

Ok - so i've just been down to Asda and stocked up on lots of Slimfast shakes, Alpen bars and Muller Light yogurts along with dozens of bottles of water and plenty of fruit and veg. I am determined to lose 2 - 3 stone by August 2012 as i am going on a cruise and want to look and feel healthy. I have just found out some pictures from 8 years ago when i was a size 12 and looked fab and i have popped them onto the fridge to give me inspiration to succeed this time.

My Starting weight as of today 04/01/12 is 14st 1lb (197 lbs) :cry: and i am a size 16.

Short Term Goals

Lose 7lbs - 13st 8lbs
Lose 5% - 13st 5lbs
Lose 1 stone - 13st 1lb
Lose 10% - 12st 9lbs

Start Weight 04.01.12 - 14st 1lb

You will soon shift that weight and wow a cruise what an amazing incentive to keep you focused. Can't wait to see the results as you melt away

So far the diet is going good. I am trying to keep at around 1200 calories a day and not have any alcohol at all :cry: I do tend to enjoy a couple of glasses of wine in the evening but i know this has got to stop. I really enjoy the slimfast and they do fill me up so i'm optimistic that this time i'm going to succeed.

Anyway i weighed today

Start Weight 04/01/11 = 14st 1lb (197 Lbs)
Weight Today 08/01/11 = 13 st 11lbs (193 Lbs) :) (-5lbs overall)
 
Ok - just weighed in today and have lost 1/2 stone in just over a week. I know that my weight loss will probably slow down now as alot of your first weight loss is water but if i can manage 2 - 3lbs a week then i'll be happy :) The slim fast shakes are really nice and so far im still enjoying them along with a healthy meal in the evening.

Start Weight 04/01/11 = 14st 1lb (197 Lbs)
Weight Today 08/01/11 = 13 st 11lbs (193 Lbs) (-5lbs overall)
Weight Today 11/01/11 = 13st 9 lbs (191 Lbs) (-7lbs overall)
