Weight loss Diary!! Day 1

Hi Everyone!!:p

I have just started slimming world today and have had such a good day! Only 5 syns and im not planning any more for this evening! :D

I am really enjoying all this free food....
I have been on weightwatchers and have lost 7 lb but got bored with it so am hoping slimming world will help me regain my enthusiasm!!

Hello hun, welcome, you will find loads of support and ideas on here....
Great news on your great day, i love SW concepts its so easy to follow. I was the same with WW i got bored of counting foods all the time, in theory the only foods you count here is your a and b choices for milk etc. Its really flexible.

Awh thanks hun,its great to have an encouraging comment to help you along....the weekend will be the real test for me!

Would really apreiciate any tips you could give me as i am still getting used to the food diary instead of the tracker on WW!

Only tip i can give you is write everything your eating down on your food diary there is one online and also the paper one, that way if you were to gain or sts and dont know why you can look back over the previous week and that usually pin points where its come from. Flexible syns is also a good tool to follow esp if you know weekends will be a tester.

well done your doing better with syns than me! Am an ex-ww as well so will look forward to following your progress. I really like to sw mag and books for inspiration and also when I'm good getting plenty of apples etc in ready for snack attack, I always have mixed frozen veg packs in freezer so as i'm following ee makes it easy to get my super free quota. Because i see it as a lifestyle change i will have my blips but hopefully we can all help each other on here xx
