Hello Everyone.
I have just started following Slimming World from home. So far I have found it amazing on how much you can eat. But sometimes I do feel I may be eating too much. Just wondered if I could have some helpful feedback from other successful slimmers.
So fat my typical daily menu has been:
Breakfast: Porridge(HEB) and Milk (HEA) and a banana.
Lunch: Salad with new chicken breast and wafer thin honey roast ham.
Dinner: New potatoes, salmon and vegetables.
Snacks: 2 Oranges and Apple.
I drink at least 1.5 Litres of water a day too.
Do I need to use my Syns or can they be saved?
Hopefully I have done well enough to see a decent weight loss this week!!
