I just restarted my weight loss journey this week, and I'm looking forward to it. I'm currently 172.2 lbs, and I'm about 5'5". My goal is to lose 2 lbs a week until I get down to 155 lbs. I don't think I need to be any smaller than that. I've started eating more sensibly (no fried foods, limiting sweets), and I'm walking on the treadmill 40 minutes each day.
