    Current Weight:61kg Current Height 145cm.
    Target Weight:45kg
    Target Daily Calories intake: 550 maximum
    Target calories burnt in gym: 600 calories.

    I will log my food intake daily and take a picture once a week of tummy and thigh.

    Suggestions and views welcomed!
