    I actually lost 1.5lbs this week. Really pleased. * week wasn't as bad as it could have been!!!

    I also lost this week -5 pounds today, so total of 20.5 lbs in 5 weeks....words can't explain how great I feel!

    It's funny because on Saturday I had a bad night as I was at some friends house and had 2 plates of unhealthy things, but think I made up for it the next day as I only had fruit and veg. Think I'm going to do the same over Xmas. Also have quite a bit of weight to lose, so that's probably why I'm losing it quicker.

    Losing weight does make you feel so much better, doesn't it? I think mentally as much as physically!!! I am sooooo chuffed!

    Oh definately...fit into some pair of jeans that I haven't worn in over a year! Also have a lot more energy to deal with my 3 little ones!!!

    Wow - those loses are fab!! I lost 2lb which means I am now the lightest I have been for over 5 years!! Hoping I can keep the motivation going over the holidays - eek!

    I have said that the most I would be willing to put on over Christmas (I can't make class next week) is 3lbs, but secretly I'm hoping to lose weight. Do you think that I'll be able to manage it? Going to make some soup today and going to parents' tomorrow - going to take my SW recipe book with me. Mum and dad don't know I'm on a diet, so I'm very much hoping they'll notice that I've lost weight, but I doubt it!!!

    I think if you eat moderately and then the next day just go on fruits and veg it should make up for the day before. I'm also going to just have the 1 big meal and the other 2 meals my SW ones. 1 day shouldn't mess up everything! Have a great time!

    Yes, gonna try to eat normally (as in SW normally) the rest of the time. Actually, I'm having three days off in total over Christmas - Christmas day, Boxing Day and then the following Tuesday (this means 3 days off in 2 weeks - not too bad?).
