weight loss question?

Hi,

new to the forum wanted to ask quick question....

Iam 6ft but weigh around 14 stones.... i would like to go to 12 stones with an aim to lose 2 stones by october/november

I have taken up sports such as

Tuesday - badminton
Wednesday - Football
Thursday - Squash
Sunday - gym 30 mins jog

is this too much or will this be good to increase my stamina, aerobic flexibility and good weight loss?

my diet will have to be controlled but there is usually 1 day out the week i tend to go bad and have junk like chips, sausages or bacon!

It doesn't sound too much but it all depends on your general fitness to start with. Do you do much exercise normally or is this a completely new venture? As if you're completely new to exercise you may injure yourself.
I've always heard that losing weight is mostly about diet supplemented by exercise, so be careful with having a day off - while the odd portion of chips or bacon here and there won't kill you (and going cold turkey is more likely to set you up to fail), if you go mad you could undo all your good work from the previous week!
