Weight loss very slow

Have you kept a food diary?

Reading over this diary to see any things that need to be investigated?
Yes I keep a food diary, writing down everything I eat. Drink plenty of water, exercise 3 times a week. Have changed from drinking wine at weekends to vodka,soda, keeping within my syns.
Last week I even did an SP week and still just lost a pound. There must be something I'm missing.

It might be because you don't have much to lose, I always lose quite slowly and although it can be disheartening I try not to let it become that way and just celebrate each loss. Maybe set yourself mini goals... if you've lost 4lbs that means you only have 3lbs to go and you've lost half a stone.
