Can you please tell me, does anyone have consistently good weight losses by just doing green days? I much prefer green days as I hardly eat meat but the thought of all those carbs scares me some what!!
I lost lots of weight once doing Atkins and it was pretty fast so am worried that eating lots of carbs will give me slow losses. I hope someone tells me it won't give me slow losses as I love carbs and veggies
