Good Morning all looking for a bit of advice, i started cc and lost weight 13lbs now down to anything between 9st 10 and 9st 12. I lose a pound then put 2 on and back and forth . I was on 1200 cals but i went down to 1000 as i am only 5ft 1 - can anyone give me advice to start losing again . I do exercise i walk at least 2 miles every night and 9-10 miles on a sat & sunday
