Weight losses on 810?

    Hey lovely ladies (and men),

    I have moved up to 810 today as I only have 10lbs left to lose and feel ready to start re-introducing food!!

    Just wanted to know how everyone else's weight losses have changed after moving up the plans?

    Sorry mate - can't comment on the move up the plans but just wanted to congratulate you on your losses so far.. You had roughly the same amount as I have to lose and I would love to think that I could do in 8-10 weeks or so !

    when i did the 810 last time the losses were similar if not the same to ss. you tend to stay in ketosis at this stage.

    Started on Monday on 810 and scales have not moved. Still exactly same weight

    you will start to lose weight in the next day or 2, i started the 1000 plan just over a week ago and i stayed the same but as my body has got used to the extra calories ive started to lose a lb or 2 so it just takes time for your body to get used to the extra calories

    Thanks weighed myself this morning and was down 1lb so they are moving in right direction again
