Weight staying same after AAMW

    Has anyone got any ideas?

    I did my Add a meal week last week, since finishing it and returning to SS my weight has stayed exactly the same.

    Has anyone got any ideas to kick start it again?

    You have had a fab weight loss, I expect its just your body adjusting. Keep drinking plenty of water and watch the scales next week I am sure you will begin losing again. Congratulations anyway

    What is add a meal week? I havent heard of it yet. I'm in my second week of SS with about 6 stone to loose.

    Hi Loiusa,

    Add a meal week has to be done every 12 weeks minimum to "recharge" your body I believe.

    I bought mine forward a week or so as I was eating at Christmas/New year anyway.

    So for a week you have one meal from the SS+ list in the book.

    Oh right I get it now, its a good idea as it gives you something to look forward to as well.

    Its nice eating food again, but I found it difficult to return to SS again...the temptation to add little bits to soups etc was a nightmare.

    Think I have got it sussed again now!
