Weight vs Inches

My long term goal is to lose my excess weight and to maintain it.

In the short term, I am bridesmaid at a wedding is approx 10 days, my dress *almost* does up - how likely do you think it is that I'll fit into my dress? Bearing in mind, I've only just started the programme, how many inches would you expect to lose from your waist/under bust in that time frame?
