weight watchers etc

    Ok ladies - in under a thousand words - please can you outline the other diets you might be on with xenical - eg
    slumming world eat children with scabby heads and carrots on mondays - tuesday, all the parsnips in the world, but cant have meat etc.
    There - nice and clear - pleased with myself!!

    Surely scabby children are fattening? Or are they ok as long as you have them with carrots and only on a Monday?
    Low cal and low fat here, nothing else apart from that. I subscribe to the notion that if you put in less than you use up you'll lose weight. Nice theory, it's the practice I struggle with....

    Lo fat/Lo cal/Xenical
    Low fat and low cal here also , makes it easier than trying to follow a pre determined plan and let's you eat what you want.

    Xenical until March 2011 then Weight Watchers, now Exante (from 4/9/11)
    I do low fat and low calorie as well, but everybody's different. I've done Slimming World and Weight Watchers over the years, but I've gone back to basics now... :)
