Surely scabby children are fattening? Or are they ok as long as you have them with carrots and only on a Monday?
Low cal and low fat here, nothing else apart from that. I subscribe to the notion that if you put in less than you use up you'll lose weight. Nice theory, it's the practice I struggle with....

Low fat and low cal here also , makes it easier than trying to follow a pre determined plan and let's you eat what you want.

i followed weight watchers when i was taking them

I do low fat and low calorie as well, but everybody's different. I've done Slimming World and Weight Watchers over the years, but I've gone back to basics now... :)
