Weight Watchers fruit and veg??

Fruit and veg is no points with some exceptions such as peas, sweetcorn, avocado..... hopefully someone will know the full list for you x
try no too eat to much fruit tho. we had this discussion today at our meeting and because of the natural sugar in fruit, its cause a couple of the newbies to actually put on as they thought fruit was free. i have a banana with breakfast, and apple for luch and mayb 2 small plums for snack. i have never gained ;-)
