I had a refund of £10.95 a couple of weeks ago and when I looked back through my statement they had charged me twice in early December, maybe the same for you? My account also works fine

I know what happened now!

PayPal rejected payment a I need to confirm address on account!

So I was already logged in on ww mobile!
I can't log into ww site as not registered fully!

So if I log out mobile I'll have to sign up again and pay! Lol

But it stays logged in even if I switch off! I just can't update the app!

I love ww app!

Im shocked they put it back!

The gym clear as day charged me twice one month - it took me 8 months to get it back off them!

My account was cancelled and I never ask for it to be, for the last two days I've been fighting my case and now my account has been re-activated and taken my monthly fee.
