Weight Watchers Pro Points

    Diet:
    weight watchers
    Does anyone know how to work out the pro points in foods, i got the calculator of the internet but not sure if you should type in the carbohydrate or of which sugars and the same for the fat content, is it the total fat in the product or of which saturates? Any tips for a new weight watcher:confused:
