Hi Sarahandmolly - I notice there isn't a weigh in for me for the last week in September. My weigh ins for september should be:

07/09/09 -1lb
14/09/09 +2lb
21/09/09 -4lb
28/09/09 + 1.5lb

Sorry to be a pain - its probably my fault as I've been a bit off colour over the last couple of weeks.

Mr first October weigh in is tonight - I'll let you know how I get on.

October Challenge

Hello SarahandMolly, please can I join your weighty matey October challenge. I only joined the forum at the end of September. On my first weigh in on Sunday October 4th I had lost 5lbs. I know this is beginners luck and a lot of water so I don't know how I'll do in the future but I feel I need something to work towards and it would be good to have mateys to work with! Thank you Salli :D

Evening all, hope everyone is doing well. First October weigh in for me tonight and I losr 4lbs which I was very chuffed with:D

Also got my stone and a half and club 10 although lost 10% by a couple of weeks ago but when I first started I could not afford to go to group but lost 8lbs at home

Lets hope we all have a fab October and Sarah I hope you are feeling better soon xx

My first October weigh in last night and I lost 4.5lb. Perhaps its worth having flu once in a while...

I also got my 4.5 stone award, and got under 16 stone for the first time in over 20 years!! :D

I lost 1 1/2 lbs tonight, feeling pleased, wanted an average of 1 1/2 per week. Want to try for 2 lbs next week.

Blimey!!!! Really good losses so far everyone! I hope to have lost next Monday, seeing as my STS was due to that time of the month (which shouldnt have happened for another 2 weeks!).

Wow, everyone has such great weight losses so far this month I am really letting you down, STS last week and only lost 0.1kg this week.:cry:I thought I had been pretty good and I've exercised more - I know maybe it's all muscle (I wish!!!):character00116:

Think I need a few green days.

Morning guys, great losses, well done. Unfortunately I put on 1lb this week. My own fault for eating wayyyyy too much chocolate! I WILL behave better next week.

Weighty Day

Hi, not such a good week but I am still pleased to report half a pound loss. I didn't expect to lose anything this week so not too disappointed. Sunday as a weigh day isn't so good because Fridays and Saturday's are always more sociable than other days and a Sunday weigh in reflects this to a certain extent. Salli x :character00117:
