I went down to Plymouth this morning to watch them.What an atmosphere.Fantastic to see very young and old doing it.

I also did the race for life today in Coventry. Such a good cause and unfortunately one that is close to a lot of us for one reason or another.

Well done for everyone who has done it and good luck to all of those still to do it

Did mine this morning also, in Guildford.

This was my 4th year running and felt great especially as I jogged about 150 metre bursts most of the way around. Even managed to jog the first 500 metres at the begining, losing 3 stone has certainly helped me.

Well done to all who took part, rope someone else in for next year as well.
