Well here i go again !!!!

Restarted sw and I m determined to lose this time..
I m into day 2 and going well so far... Which is an achievement for me lol
To motivate myself I m gonna write it all down ( warts n all lol)
I still can t get my head round EE so if I m doing it wrong please say:)

Day 1 EE

Brekkie - fruit
Lunch -pasta in sauce
Tea - Sw chicken cacciatore cauliflower carrots parsnips
Apple

Hex a - milk
Hex b - I forgot :(

Syns - 2 x Jaffa cakes

Day 2

Brekkie - baked beans mushrooms bacon
Lunch - rice (ainsly harriott mexican but not sure of syn value?) n loads of salad apple
Tea - chicken, bacon thyme hotpot mashed pots carrots leek cabbage

Hex a - milk
Hex b - None I think :( as EE or mashed pots???

Syns -4 Cous Cous cake
1.5 - gravy granules in hotpot

Felt well full all day

I ve decided that there's no hard and fast rules to meal etiquette and therefore I m gonna have bubble n squeak and baked beans for brekkie.... Because I can lol

Looks ok to me although you really should be trying to get your HEB in.
Oh an if the rice you had was the ainsley Hariott world kitchen rice it's free on EE x

well i ve been recorded my food consumption very lazily and i must improve!!!!!
I ve lost 3Lbs in my first week which i m really pleased with... Everytime i ve done SW before i ve always lost stupid amounts in the first couple of weeks and this time i aim for a couple of Lbs of week. i reckon i was nt doing it right but i think i ve cracked EE !!
So i ll try to record every day from here on in
Monday 20th Aug

B - Beans Mushrooms and egg
L - Syn Free chips cottage cheese and salad
D - Sausage and Root veg casserole (SW recipe)
Mulerlight toffee

Fruit - Apple
Hex A - Milk
Hex B - Alpen bars

Syns - 1.5 (for sausage stew)

2 x Jaffa Cakes = 5

Tues 21st Aug

B - Raspberries and Strawberries with mullerlight
L- Batchelors (Cheese and Brocoli) and salad
D - Chicken, cauliflower peas carrots and parsnips

Hex A - milk
Hex B - Alpen Bars

Syns - 2 Jaffa Cakes = 5

Wed 22nd Aug

B - Bacon mushrooms egg beans and syn free chips
L - Couple of xlices of ham on the go and an apple
D - Tuna Puttensca (SW recipe)

Hex A - Milk
Hex B - Hi Fi deluxe bar

Syns - 3 Hi fi light bar
 
Thurs 24th aug

B - slices of ham
L - sw chips and sausage n root veg casserole (1.5syns) mullerlight
D- salmon pots n veg with capers roast peppers and broccoli
Hex a - milk
Hex b - hi fi bar
Syns - hi fi light bar 3
- cous cous cake 2
- saus casserole as above 1.5

Felt really full today but I ve got into weighing myself everytime I go to the bathroom which is not good !!!
AND the dreaded synful bank holiday looms... However decided to make some sw scotch eggs to hopefully stop myself pigging out
