Well Here we go again!!......

Helllooo! Im back again!! I started SW in oct 2010. I lost 2stone by Feb 2011 then ive been yoyoing with it all year and put on 6lbs in that time!! So im now 10st 11lb. Im getting married sept 2012 and im going on holiday in 6 weeks so I desperatly want to lose as much weight as I can like I did last time!! Im going to try this 30day shred that everyone is raving about I reckon! Ill be posting all my food diaries here too :) x

so today I had:

B - shreddies (heb) & milk (hea)
L - Jacket potato, butter (1syn), baked beans
D - spaghetti bolognaise (3syns)
S - alpen fruit & nut bar (6.5syns)
total: 10.5syns

Well done on your weight loss back in 2010 & 6lbs is hardly too bad but like you I want to lose a stone maybe more depending how I feel when I reach that target :D
Your diary looks g8 so far, just keep up the good work.

Thankyou!! good luck to you too! Im excited to hopefully lose the weight again! I tried just using myiftnesspal on my phone but it never worked so im going back to old trusty slimming world!! cant wait! Just need to try and fit execise in! I have to young children so u'd think id get alot but i dont get a proper workout :)xx

Have you both tried the davina dvd workout box set. Im currently doing her cardio box 30 mins every other day :) I put it on after kids are in bed. Its fat burning intervals that including jogging and skipping on spot then boxing moves :D

No, never tried....but I do love Davina and heard great things about her DVDs and she does have an awesome bod for a mummy:family2: :D ...may have a look on eBay/Amazon and see if I can grab a bargain xKx

I got mine off ebay for about £8-9 :) Its definately worth getting and alot cheaper than gym lol

ive got zumba on kinect and treadmill so different ways to exercise & cheaper then yhe gym lol Food diary for today:
B: x2 wholemeal bread (3syns & heb), butter (1syn), muller yogart & tea (milk hea)
L: lettice,tuna,swertcorn,pasta, mayo (1.5syn)
D:sw chips, peas, x2 fish fingers (4syns)
total: 8syns

well I went for a long walk this morning about 3 hours to the castle and back so thats my exercise for today unless we go out this afternon :)x

Well starting the 30day shred tomorrow and took my measurements which ill post l8r. im just flickign through my old sw magazines and come across some nice recpies! Tomorrow Im going to have:

B - shreddies (heb) & milk (hea)
S - Muller yogart
L - bacon omlette
D - Herby Chicken with aspagus & peas
S - Light cadbury mousse (3syns)

Im having homemade curry or chinese tonight but seen a potato bake for tomorrow to cook and as my mum is coming over it should feed her too lol

I find it helpful to plan the day b4 so i stay on track! i just did day 1 of 30day shred & my legs r like jelly lol xxx

Also did an hour walk today so food diary 4 tomoz:

B- porridge (heb) & milk (hea)
S- grapes
L- quorn sausage, chopped toms, taglietelle
D- ate out & had cinema popcorn!
S- mousse (3syns)

Well i had a lovley meal & went to cinema with my fiance last night & its very rare but bk on track today!

B- shreddies (heb) & milk (hea)
S- strawbwrries & grapes
L- mushy peas, sw chips
D- ragu spaghetti
S- x2 mousse (6syns) hot choc (3syns)
total: 9syns

im not noticing any weight loss cuz im doing the 30day shred so thats gettig abit annoying! food diary for today
