i started eating - going up the plans with 8 lbs to go (i wanted to get to goal before but then had operation so had to start eating), and I really really wish I had got to goal. Since moving up to step 3 (ie eating carbs again) I have gained 5 lbs - which I am sure will go again but its really frustrating - so my advice would be get to goal first if you can - even if its not what CD advises.

What's your BMI, hun?

You really need to be on 810 once your BMI reaches 25 to preserve what's left of your lean muscle mass (because 810 contains more protein). That's because you're running out of fat to burn, so your body looks to burn something else instead...
