after nearly not getting there i read the start time wrong i went to my first class and trust me to join when they are on the week that they do circuit training:rolleyes: i am shattered and i think i am going to be very stiff in the morning, but i thoughly (sp) enjoyed myself.

now going to have a read of all the material and watch the dvd, am i sad im all excited

Hello hun i was in second thouts as it's heavy snow but went did the 5 weeks plan.!
Here reading my phase 1 booklet dont mean to be a fuss pot but the pots are really small lol.!

yes i was on the ww boards last year, i have had a look in the booklet and it dont seem like much food does it

i think you just use a measuring jug for milk, have you found anything that uses the big green pot as i cant find anything.
the tape measure is a bit fancy aint it.
my leader gave me a shopping list for the first 2 weeks

the green pot are for egg noodles,
cooked pasta shells 176g= 280 kcal
special k 50g= 187 kcal

its on a cardboard saying portion pots: pot sizes?
I do plan to follow as much as i can but will change some meals around like for like of course lol
Are you starting tomorrow too?

Well done ladies for joining, good luck with your first 2 weeks. I know it doesn't look like much food but just think, in 2 weeks you get an extra calorie allowance, so just grit your teeth for these 2 weeks, stick to the plan and look forward to the whoopies you will be shouting at next weeks weigh in. :D:D
