well after nearly 2 months bowels back 2 normal so yeeeeeeee im back been the chemist this morning and got me choccy shakes and am ready 2 get back 2 it :D 1 shake down 2 to go

hi slimmer su well not done LY for nearly 2 mths and have put 6lbs on which is still less than i lost just wasnt allowed to do the refeed but alls well now daily doses of movicol left u a message on another post cant remember that husk thing you sed to buy off ebay? see u took a break for chrimbo how did that go? 51lb in 2 1/2 months is great hope im the same :)

well day 2 and im freezing really could do with my chicken soup stupid chemist lol, took ages to fall asleep last night but this time didnt dream of food im onlt missing bread so not too bad just wish people would give up making toast lol, but still not doing too bad. had a week spot last night kept thinking ill just eat healthier and go to weight watchers exersice more bla bla bla but i know im lying to myself i would start then forget :( so ill stay here winge till i get into day 4 then im ok adding movicol tomy shakes and ordered that husk stuff so that end should be fine roll on 1st weigh in but gutted as apparently you dont lose as much on your 2nd time round? but will c last time i lost 8lb so gonna be good

omg for some stupid reason i gave my lil boy a choc button and stuck one in my mouth have no idea why didnt realise id done it till i was chewing i did spit it out but still swallowed so now what?

Don't panic.. You will be ok...Make sure you don't do it again though.. You have at least 4 days before weigh in so stay 100% and keep drinking and you should be fine hun x x

well on to do 3 and mouth tastes horrid always a good sign,slept great so that was good keepin myself busy 2day as this is usually my hardest day

well i did a test today on was medium :) so happy was worried gonna frigin hate choccy buttons lmao, well its nearly 1 and im doing ok wasnt even hungry for my shake this morning but still had it better to be safe than sorry so looking forward to mondays 1st weigh in :)
what you gonna do when u reach your goal slimmer???

Haha your comment about "I'll just swap to WW" was classic, I have absolutely had those thoughts myself but, like you, know that if I did I wouldn't stick to it.
So, you've done LT before and had to come off for medical reasons? Is that right? If so, well done for getting back on it, it would have been easy to stay off but at least you've got the experience of how it all works and affects you. Did you lose much last time and how long were you on it for?
Look forward to reading all about your journey!

Lol.....I remember posting a few months back that I'd eaten a mouthful of spagettil carbonara by mistake! I tasted it to test for seasoning whilst cooking supper for the OH! I can remember being really distraught about it too......

It's so bloody hard to cook when you can't taste the food as you go along:sigh:

hi paula ive only done 8days in total that was my second try then had problems with my bowels so had to stop i was gutted but try try try again lol even if i only manage a few weeks id be happy so long as ive learnt my weak points... so far i know i eat **** lol, eating in the evenings when bored and bread is my down fall im dying for a jam butty of all things lol but i am gonna stick to it fed up of being big want at least 3 stone shifted before i start with weight watchers long term.lost 8lb my first wl last time so hoping i do gd again sum really helpful peeps on here who dont mind the nagging lol (slimmer/sandra) i just log on have a moan and read others info it really does help whens ur first weigh in?? mines monday hope it goes quick lol

hi sandra haha how bad is it, i keep thinking when i wasnt dieting how much did i eat without realising then i think hello belly thats where u came from lol, noticing now how bad i was eating and its only day 3 , ketostix stays medium so happy with that :)))

You'll be fine sweetheart, just stick with it! Get yourself a ticker too and record your losses, doesn't look like much initially but it really spurs you on a few weeks down the line.....I know I still get a thrill out of all the little green faces :D

That is so true what Sandra said up there ^^^^^.. It's great watching your doo-dah going along the ticker!! lol (I can't think what it's called), And it is a lovely feeling when you pass the halfway stage!!

well day 4 and im feeling great even though im at home all day with my lil man im not tempted to eat its great been planning in advance and wrote down some healthy menus various online from ww to jamie oliver also wrote down everything about the refeed what meal ideas throughout that even though im not leaving til im done :)
no headaches not tired not hungry can it get any better lol roll on weigh in im ready 4 you lol
