Step 1 Sole Source Well this is all very new to me but i am a lady on a mission!

Hi All,
So today I have started the CD and I am hoping this decision will help me change my life! I have 37pounds (2 stone 9 pounds or 17 (ish) kilos' ) to lose before and I am both anxious and excited about what lies ahead. The biggest challenges for me are going forward are juggling my pretty hectic social life and this diet so any tips will be greatly appreciated. I also have an underactive thyroid (groan!) and I wondered if anyone else had this condition and what impacts it has on the diet (if any)
Anyways that’s pretty much me so hints and tips very welcome... fingers crossed that this diet is finally the one which will help me get to where I need to be :wave_cry:

good luck on your journey hun, i am restarting today having lost 35lbs in 11 weeks last time around - its entirely do-able and you will suceed
