well i started today not been to bad better than i thought really thought i would have been starving by now

no to keen on the shakes think it will take time to get used to going to eventually get round to doing a diary but for now just writing it down on paper

heya steph... i started today too.
i agree with you about the shakes. first one this morning didn't stay down - i think i was well under my cals for today aha. will start over tomorrow and see how i go lol.

I remember from a long, long time ago that the shakes from a can didn't taste all that amazing. Has it improved and/or is the powered version better?

I think they taste better than when they were in the cans. But i do prefer the taste of the ready to eat ones other the powder, however i buy powder because it's cheaper.

Just tried the Milk Chocolate flavor using powder and fat-free milk. All I have to say is...YUM!

well the only way i managed to drink it this morning without wanting to bring it back up is to drink it through a straw lol

I started Wed been 3 days so far so good, im not keen on the porridge tho buut the shakes and soup are ok

Porridge? I think you're in the wrong section this is Slim Fast not Cambridge ;)

I like the powdered shakes and hate the ready made ones but I think I'm the only one ^.^
