    I'm just feeling really demotivated right now because I went off the rail for just one day and put on everything i lost last week.

    i just think it's not fair how it's always so easy to gain weight but so difficult to lose it. i'm on the verge of giving up but i hate being fat.:(

    i really need so motivation guys. starting again is going to be so difficult. how do you even get through the first day? i always cheat, and then as the days go by i cheat more and more until one day i just totally mess up.

    like today.

    i hope i'm not destined to be fat forever or something. i sorta feel cursed.

    I know it is demotivating but it is the stuff you are eating when you fall off the wagon that is putting the weight back on. Could you not have made a pot of home made soup or something instead which I bet would probably have been nicer than what you ate.

    Sorry but no sympathy from me today, just a hefty boot up the arse. Pick yourself up and try harder and remember if you are going to cheat, try and limit the damage or better yet don't cheat at all :D

    Why don't you do one of the higher plans till you feel able to SS, you would still be losing but you would not need to cheat. I hope it works out. You can do it.

    Hi RP, I doubt it one days eating made you put on a whole weeks loss. Most likely it is water retention. You will lose it again quickly, IF, you get back on the diet straight away. Don't let it lead to anything else. This diet is difficult, don't let anyone tell you otherwise and if it was easy there'd be none of us fat in the first place.

    Don't know what you ate but if you must eat have an AAM or 810 type of meal. A bit of protein is the best option as you will stay in ketosis. Carbs will knock you out of it and you will go through the hungry phase again.

    Hi RP, you are in the same place that I seem to spend a lot of my time in too :D Pick yourself up, dust yourself down and focus on what it is that made you start the diet and keep motivated by that. You will feel so bad if you let one bad day turn into two etc, and they can, so easilly.

    If you have to pick, eat chicken or turkey and stay away from carbs (bread, pasta, potatoes, rice and all the things that scream out at you in the shops). You can do this remember!

    Hun this is your motivation. When you really hate being fat and feeling that way, it's that feeling that you must constantly remind yourself of. YOU DONT WANT TO FEEL THIS! AND THEN TELL YOURSELF..... I AM NOT GOING TO FEEL LIKE THIS.

    There are many trying times ahead and I'm sure your aware of this and may have had to do this journey a few times like many of us. We are all here for you and have complete faith that you ARE going to achieve this.

    Set a achievable goal that you can do over the next few days to give yourself some confidence back;

    3 ltrs of water over 3 days
    1 x 45 min walk
    50 sit ups

    All in 3 days, you just need to feel like you are achieving again.

    Love
