I need to lose a few pounds as does my 9 year old son. Consequently we are embarking on this journey together. I'm measuring my weight as normal but as Dom is still growing we've decided to measure his progress by waist measurements.
I'm weighing in at 66kg
Dom is measuring at 86cm or 34 inches
I think it's important to protect my boy's self image and self esteem so I'm not going to stress about it too much and want to make it as much fun as possible.
