Hi I am new to ww I am going to wetherspoons for lunch any idea os point value was thinking of chicken tai noodles?

I have the eat out book and chicken thai noodles isn't in it, sorry.

I went to wetherspoons on sunday for lunch, and decided before I went to have chicken alfredo pasta with garlic bread for 18 points when I got there the menu had changed and they didnt have it so I had the chilli beef with rice and tortilla chips for 23 pp, was ok still kept within my points

I think Wethers still have there nutritional values on the website to work out the points values with, also they now have cals for some of the meals actually on their menu they do sweet chili noodles i think on discovery it's 4.5p with chicken breast its 7.5p reg reg chicken wrap is 6pp and spag bol is 8.5 main ones that are low values i found;
