As sad as it may sound, i have a picture similar to that stuck on my fridge. Always reminds me to never moan about losing just a lb

Yep that's a Fab idea isn't it surprising just how much 1lb of fat looks like we should never moan a lb is a lb xx

ty for posting that pic, i sent it to my mam >_< who always says *oh.. just a lb this week* lol that "just a lb" is alot, esp if u think wot it would look like spread across your tummy, thieghs etc
