Hi all
2ns weigh in today & i have lost 4 1/2lb, so thats 12lb in 2 weeks. Chuffed isnt the word to describe how im feeling right now. Especially when i thought i had STS. Anybody else been weighed today & how have you done?

not weighed today or ever as just go by clothes size, congratulations on your losses hope they remain the same for you, its great to hear when people are doing well it gives me and hopefully others a boost too.
