What Activities Could Me And My Partner do Rather Than Going For a Bite To Eat

    Jus Started Lipotrim on my 4th day but as its summer and im off work im finding it hard keeping myself occupied and thinking on food quite a lot which isnt helping. what could i do that doesnt involve FOOD! :cry:

    spring cleaning, get involved in something you like doing, i'm spending alot of time singing at the minute, ebaying old stuff and fat clothes, planning a holiday next year (flydrive in usa) so just doing stuff ive been putting off or not doing enough of really :)

    Lol JanD, I resisted the urge! I know what you mean though Kellie as our weekends activities involve eating out, should save us loads of money though. You could have a black coffee in a pub or coffexe shop while he tucks in (it's not bothering me just now but will p me off sometimes). You could go to the cinema together, bottle of water for snack or even one of the flapjacks. x

    I was surprised it hadn't already been suggested. However it depends on the ages and how long they've been together. I've just had a look at your profile Kellie and there's no clue except I would guess by your name that you're young. Therefore I would expect my suggestion might be acceptable. ;) If you were like me - ancient and married for 100 years - you might prefer a long walk ;) :D

    Im Doin The Whole ( Playfull Ativities ) lol:D Will Try a Walk Tomarrow.. Tryed Going a drive today but had to keep stoping to use the toilet cant stop peeing.. haha, im 20 years of age i dnt no how to get into my profile to change it it'll be my 21st on halloween so im stickin to this till then

    Oh you will look fab on your 21st! Hey get googling gorgeous dresses in your ideal size that will keep you busy for hours. I really feel that I will lose the weight this time. Its like a dream come true! Its still very early days though hence me posting loads on this forum. x

    Im In The Same Boat As You Ive Tryed Loads Of Other Diets But This One Seems To Be Better Becaue its Quick Meals lol Shakes.. And When Im Working I Dont Have Time To Cook Everything From Scratch The Way Slimming World Would Like You To Do.. I would Love to Be a Size 12 im a size 16-18 At The Moment Didnt Reali Have a Problem With The Way I Looked Beacuse I Would Be Quite a Confident Person Untill During The Last few Weeks i Started To Feel Fat! So Had To Do Something..
    How Long Do U Have To Be A Member B4 You Can Start Up Loading Pics Do u Know?

    Im a newbie on day 3 so sorry don't know about pics. I have tried lots of diets too and had success with some but this one with its quick results and no thinking about and cooking food is easy so far.
    Watching big brother and chatting on the forum who needs nights out lol.

    I Agree Screw Them lol... They Were Sayin to be before they went out that not fair on kellie i just said ooo noo run along it will be fair wen im skinny and u lot are still complaing about ur weight lol As we wouldnt be the smallest of ppl lol

    i wonder if it is true that ppl carry a fat gene jus as im on the subject lol
