What am I doing wrong?

Just completed first week of SW doing EE. Haven't lost any weight. Feeling deflated. I've counted everything and filled in my weight loss planner every day. Been having around 8 syns a day apart from one day when I had 14.5. I'm 5ft 6 and weigh 10st 12. I've had rice, pasta and cous cous based meals for tea, with veg/fish and I've used fry light. Am I eating too many carbs? Do you have to eat less syns when you don't have a lot left to lose? I've come down from 15st 8 over the years, but now it's not shifting. Boo.
 
It might be worth looking at what super speed food you are having alongside your free items. You need at least a third of your plate to be speed but if you increase that to 1/2 you might help yourself along. I found that drinking a lot more water based drinks rather than coffee or Pepsi Max made a bug difference too. I was 12 stone and am 5ft 5 I'm now 11st 4 so not to dissimilar to yourself.hope this helps a bit don't give up.
