What are people's CCing success so far?

Hello all I'm currently deciding this weekend on what to do to lose the last big of weight. I have 13 lbs to lose now. I've been on exante since last year :( and I'm getting bored and really need a change so I am able to socialise again.

what have you lost in total please?

I've been cc since end of Feb and have lost 2.5 stones...maybe more (I don't weigh in every week). It works pretty well for me.

That's amazing! How many calories do you have daily? What were your starting stats and current stats if you dont mind me asking?

Thanks! I'm 5'7" and started at 14 stone. Mfp gives me 1200 cals a day which I have. I exercise every day and burn at least 350 cals a day which I eat some/all back depending on how I feel.

I try to plan ahead as much as possible. For example I knew I was going out for a curry last night so didn't eat my exercise cals for two days before so I could just relax and enjoy the meal.

I would recommend cal counting to anyone wanting to lose or maintain weight.
 
I calorie counted throughout my pregnancy, between 1800-2300 a day, managed to only put on 14lbs and lose it by ten days after my son was born, and 2 weeks later have lost a further 8lbs having on average 1500 a day but no more than 1680 x

MFP has given me 1200 too, and I was worrying it was a bit too low and maybe I wouldn't lose much and should start slightly higher, but if it's working for you and you're taller than me & started out slightly heavier then it should be okay for me too! I love the freedom of calorie counting too, I don't feel like I'm on some ridiculous fad diet!

I lost about three stone calorie counting a couple of years ago. I put a bit back on since then because of not sticking with calorie counting for various other reasons, but I'm back doing calorie counting and exercise now - I restarted CCing in the last week of April, I've lost 13lbs so far.
 
27lb lost in 11 weeks. 6 weeks of Cambridge diet & 5 weeks of calorie counting
Starting weight 14st 4lb urrrrgh currently 12st 1lb target weight 10st 7lb
Using myfitnesspal 1200 calories a day
 
4st 11.8lbs in 8 months started on about 1650 a day but now on 1400. In 13 years of dieting this is the only thing that has worked for me & I love it!

This is amaaaaazing:) how were u with excercise and eating excercise cals?? Well done x u done brilliantly. Could I ask was there anything specific u did in calorie counting? Or was it simple eat whatever u like aslong as u counted the cals? X

Since January 2011 I lost just over 12 stone. Nine stone was on sw but since December I havd lost nearly 3 and a half stone calorie counting

Ah thanks! I started off my journey for 12 weeks taking orlistat so couldn't eat food with more than 5% fat & now rarely eat anything with more than 10% fat & my total daily fat intake is normally 30g maximum. I do 2-3 exercise classes a week & walk at least 1/2 an hour 5 days a week but never eat my exercise calories, I just figure I'll lose more if I don't eat them x
