What are you eating today- Wednesday

Hi all well i've lost another 0.8lbs since yesterday really struggled in the evening yesterday was so craving sweet food really took some will power not to gorge on chocolate.

So today is

B- Rice krispie things- 200 cal

Lunch- cream of chicken soup- 200 cals

Dinner- tomato and onion couscous and side salad-350 cals

Snacks- apple- 70 cals

Brekkie - Slim Fast vanilla shake (218).

Lunch - tesco veggie 'chicken' burger, two fat broccoli spears and a portion of Asda Ranch Salad (200)

Supper - will be either SF shake or small meal (218 app)

Late snack - no idea at the moment!

Gdollery - when you feel that you've really GOT to have something sweet, why not include a fruit snack in the evening if you know that's your weak time? Or a diet coke?

I still think you're a bit light on the old calories, but I know you're just doing this for a short time before your holiday. That'll be why you're hungry too in the evenings, I'm sure...
