ooh we really like the ham chip and bean bake Easy, cheap and family friendly.

The only thing is waiting for the eggs to cook on the top. Great as left overs for lunch the next day as well

Chilli beef noodles is the best I had it last night and left overs today. All you do is marinate your steak (cut all fat off and cut into strips) add to soy sauce and crushed chillies and pop it in the fridge. While thats marinating cook your noodles (i used wholewheat dry noodles) slice 1.5 peppers (i used .5 yellow, .5 red, .5 green) and i grated a carrot.... fry your meat off with fry light spray (1-2 mins) add the veg when cooked add the noodles and serve.

Its so fast and easy and I suppose you could add more veg if preferred!
