I really fancy SW chips and eggs tonight but can't for the life of me get any inspiration for my 1/3 super food. I've had tomatoes and mushrooms so many times there coming out my ear holes - any suggestions or can I have some fruit?
Roasted butternut squash, aubergine, courgettes and peppers.
Salad of little gem lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and cress.
Shredded raw white and red cabbage, grated carrot, mixed with orange segments.
A packet of pre-prepared stir-fry vegetables.
