Extra Easy What can I have as my super food

Roasted butternut squash, aubergine, courgettes and peppers.
Salad of little gem lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and cress.
Shredded raw white and red cabbage, grated carrot, mixed with orange segments.
A packet of pre-prepared stir-fry vegetables.

That's what I do when I fancy good old egg & chips. I either munch on melon as a starter or have a lovely big bowl of mixed fruit & FF yoghurt as a pud.

Also, have you thought about having some sweet potato SW chips mixed in with your regular spuds? I also roast strips of peppers to dip-dip.

I roast peppers and BNS with the chips. :)
