What can i have for breakfast???

hi all, about to start refeed after 4 weeks on tfs. found out i have a dairy allergy so i wont be using the LT products on my refeed or maintenance and reading through all your posts, you're all doing great - and you're all having LT shakes/bars for breakfast!!! any ideas on what i can have on refeed until i can have fruit towards the end of w1??
