Hi all,

1st day and so far so good. For breakfast i had
Bacon, Mushroom and an egg

on my 2nd pint of water already, However i need to pop out for lunch and i "think" i have worked out the Carbs for a subway salad ( from their site nutritional info)

I deducted the Carbs of the bread from the sandwhich as i am having a salad bowl Works out 5g plus some Mayo 1g

so i am going on 6g for the lot.. am i allowed to do this? really dont want to mess my 1st week up...

I'll also check which salad veg's are high and not have them
 
That's what I do hun. You could always just get the salad and add your pen dressing at home. Unless of course your on the go then just stick with the mayo x
