What do you want to achieve today?

Hi everyone

I thought having a thread for what we want to achieve each day could help keep us motivated. It doesn't have to be a huge goal, just something small to keep our minds on.

Post your goal then come back later and post whether you have achieved your set goal.

My goal for today is to do:
1500 jumps on my trampoline (I don't count the jumps, the trampoline computer counts them!)

My goal for today is to pass my assessment at college doing a colour and set on a client ( i know its not weight related at all but i really want to do this today lol )

My goal for today is to stick to my planned menu and save the 4 points I have planned to save for tomorrow :D I will not nibble, I will not nibble, I will not nibble ....

My other goal for today is to earn 3 bonus points at the gym ;)

Ooo never thought about doing sit ups! ...

Ok My goal today is to do 10,000 steps! .. Not a huge goal but will get me moving and off my backside! lol

Oh and to save 2 points!
My goal for today is to stick to my SlimFast and not give in to my inner greed! I've given myself a good talking to and decided to re-start properly, so I've had a breakfast shake and will start on my water.

Haven't weighed myself as I'm too scared but I reckon I'm near 11 stones! :eek::eek:
I was about 12st 7 when I first started SF, then went down to 8st 13lbs on CD but didn't do maintenance etc because I went into hospital suddenly and started eating (sensibly at first!) I'd love to get down to 8st 7lbs as I'm only 4ft 11. :D

Ok i acheived yesterdays goal wooohooo

Today i want to do at least 1 hour of cardio in the gym and at least 3 pieces of the weight equipment
I have just ordered an i pod to take with me that will be delievered on Tuesday ..... i better go to the gym now or i will find another excuse to sit here doing nought lol

I also acheived my goal yesterday.

Todays goal is not to drink too much wine and scoff a whole pizza when my friends come over tonight !!

Morning all .........

I managed to save 2 points and earnt .5 for my steps not 10,000 but 8,000 ....

todays goal is to try and save as many points as possible as im off out for a meal this evening! ....
and to try and drink at least 2 glasses of water (believe me thats a struggle on its own) ....

nothing major but! a goal all the same! lol
