Should be in the booklet. Basically if you are Sole Sourcing you have to add a meal every day for a week (like SS+) once every month or something.

AAMW usually applies to longer term CD'ers who have been on the diet since the start of the year.
The programmes were redesigned in February.
The old AAMW used to be 4 weeks on SS then AAM for one week. The new steps basically cancels this out.
You can now SS or SS+ for 12 weeks before moving to 810 step for one week in accordance with NICE guidelines. :)

AAMW doesn't exist any more. It finished about feb time??

You used to have to do a 790 plan every 5th week.

The 790 plan was similar to 810.

Now we have 810 every 13th week, but it's not called AAMW, so isn't referred to as that in the booklet.

Nearly right:

AAM was the equivalent of SS+ option2, and 790 was the equivalent of 810.
