Hey, right i thought it would be a good idea to start off a list of meals every has after weigh in.

Im finding it really hard to whip something up as its 7.30 before i get home and tend to eat at like 9pm and thats no good.

Is this the day of the week that you cheat slightly?? as you have 6 days to get back on track? My weigh in day is a Wednesday. Please help!!! :)

i am doing extra easy at the moment ;)

I know that Sainsburys sugar free marshmallows are 4 for 1 syn :D:D

and i dont know about fat free marshmallows but flumps (a kind of twisted marshmallow) are 2.5 syns.

Great for a sweet kick and even better in some low fat hot chocolate (especially using the skimmed milk as HE)

I tend to throw some pasta on when I get in at 830 on a Tuesday night then chuck some bacon, frozen sliced onion (lazy I know), mushrooms and garlic in a pan then some Primula light and mix them together. LUSH!

I also treat myself to a Kellogg's Fibre Plus Dark Choc and Almond either as my HeB if not eaten yet or as 6 syns. YUM!

Last week I confess and put on resulting in a fish supper from the chippy - totally no no. That would probably explain why I STS this week despite sticking to plan. ! I agree stir frys are quick and great - I do my ee one with turkey marinated in soy Ginger garlic and chilli and add pack of stir fry veg with noodles. totally yummy! Maybe a DVD treat for me next wed so I'm not rewarding with food!

I usually have a Chinese take away meal as my 1 meal off a week. I don't go mad, usually just have a chow mein or chicken fried rice.

It keeps me motivated as Chinese is my guilty pleasure, well and chocolate but I can have a choc fix with the tofu choc pudding so I don't tend to crave that as much as a take away, but the next day it's back to my plan 100%.

I haven't had my first Official group WI yet but I heard many people talking about getting a takeaway and was excitedly thinking that was the norm but going on majority of replies many stay on track without much naughtiness Doh!!
Ooopps.....is it bad to be thinking Chinese so soon in??

tables booked starr, chinese meal for 3. i did sw years ago after having my babies. my friend and i would stick to plan all day, weigh in at night and get a take away on way home either fish and chips, curry or chinese, then have a choc bar and not count the meal at all. then the next day back on plan.it kept us focused all week with no slip ups. we never put on! we always had good losses. we both lost 2 stone overall. now i'm not saying it'll work for everyone, as i'm sure will say, but as long as you dont pig out oink oink and go mad, it gives your metabolism a boost to kick in and burn off the extra calories.
i'm gonna go to sw hell for this post, but its individual experience :hide:

Sometimes I have a chinese I do syn it up though. Also good are the casseroles from Iceland that you can just put in the oven, usually served with veg.

I don't get in until 20.30pm on weigh in night so cooking is not what I want to be doing!
