What happens at Target?

It's probably been asked before, but what happens when you get to target?

Do they increase your amount of healthy extras and keep the syns the same, or do they increase the syns or what?

I'm dying to know - not that I will probably ever get to target LOL

I know people who have reached target that follow the plan all week then at weekend eat what they want.

Really I think it's the same as what you do now, you find a system that works and stick to it

That's when the real work starts hun, it's fine losing the weight, but boy you try maintaining it without straying, my advise would be still go to class, (it's free after all when you get to target) even if you get weighed once a fortnight just to keep tabs on it ;)

your right there i am at target and have been for a while,but sometimes i find it hard to find the right balance,that just happens in time, the advise you give it right i know if i didnt go and weigh in the weight would soon creep back on again..:)
