Hi girls,

My usual thread when i come on lol

What have you had / going to have today.

Heres mine please let me know if you think its ok.

Green day as usual for me being a veggi.

Breakfast: x1 Toast with very thin spread of butter, laughing cow light x1.

Snack: Cheesey Mug shot

Snack: Handfull rasberrys.

Lunch: Asda Cous Cous (from fridge FREE)

Snack: Rasberrys and Muller Light

Tea: Veggi Spag Bol with my HEB Cheese.

Green day!

(B) 28g bran flakes (HexB) with milk (HexA)

(L) 2 x poached egg & Mushrooms on 1 x brown bread (HexB)
Mulerlight yoghurt

(D) jacket Potato with 42g red/fat chedder (HexA) and beans with a salad
2xmerangue nests (5) with FF natural yoghurt and fruit.

I have had -

brekkie - 2 weetabix (HEX B) with splash of my SS milk . raspberries and vanilla muller light

snack - boiled egg

lunch - Butternut squash and bacon risotto and a grilled chicken breast :)

tea - gonna try the fish pie out of the EE recipe book with maybe veg or SW chips

then I have my 10 syns to have , so either mikados , minimilk , meringue nesst .....

Lunch - Ham salad with 2 lvl tbsp Hellmans extra light mayo 1
Strawberries with Mullerlite yoghurt with cherry layer 2
Tea - Bolognaise with sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, spinach, green beans and 7oz new potatoes in skin HeB
2 finger Kit Kat 5.5

Brekkie - Magic Porridge (HXB) with vanilla mullerlight

Snack - Grapes

Lunch - Uncle Bens Mushroom Rice (microwave pouch - 2syns)was supposed to have it with roasted veg but I forgot them D'oh!! So I ate it on it's own :D
Activia FF Peach Yoghurt
Cherries

Dinner - Chicken(HXB), Mango & Rice salad

Tea throughout the day until I've had my HXA allowance of skimmed milk.

Already on my 3rd pint of water.

Going to the cinema tonight so will prob share a small popcorn with my sis who is also doing SW :D

Brekkie was a cuppa and a mullerlight as I wasn't that hungry.
Mid morning I had some melon and strawberries.
Lunch was a ham and cheese salad sarnie using a HEB and HEA, left out the butter.
Gonna have a banana shortly.
Tea is going to be a huge chicken salad with a small jacket using my other HEB followed by some fruit and icecream to use up some syns.

Red day by the way and my other HEA is my milk for tea.

Green for me today:

B) 28g porridge oats (HEb) 125ml SS Milk (1/2 HEa)

L) batcholrs savoury rice (free I think???) and a banana

D) Chickpea Dhal & Brown Rice

I will be snacking on fruit throughout the day too.

That leaves me with 1.5 HEa choice's & 1 HEb so I will be able to have a mini cheesecake (using alpen lights for the base & Activia FF Yog for the topping) & I will use my remaining milk for a nice big mug of milky hot chocolate!

Syns will be on the hot chocolate & maybe a little treat later :D

Lunch - Coronation Chicken (0.5 syns) romaine lettuce, spring onion, cucumber

Dinner - Pork & tomato sausages (joes syn free) spring onion mash, fried cabbage, onion gravy (1 syn)

Snacks - Banana, cheese on toast (heb & hea) 2 packets of French Fries (8 syns)

Today I have had:-
Red day

Breakfast:- 2 weetabix(HEb), banana & muller light

Lunch:- 2 asda hot and spicy chicken breasts (in mag) and 3 broc, cauli, cabbage and onion fritter type things with tom ketchup

Tea:- another 2 hot and spicy chicken breasts with a huge salad!

snacks:- last fritter, fruit, alpen light & 3 crackerbread (HEb). Milk for teas and coffee. Loads of water. May also have some mineral water icepops too!

gawd looks like I have eaten loads today! Tho this is my usual amount - hahaha!
